IFF is seeking an Associate Category Manager – Energy to drive energy sourcing strategies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, ensuring supply resilience and sustainability progress. You will partner with leaders on pricing, hedging and risk, while collaborating with operations to reduce CO₂ footprint.

The role manages a regional spend of about €85M and requires a degree and 4+ years in procurement-related fields, with strong analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
• 4+ years in procurement, category management, or services sourcing.
• Strong financial and market analysis skills, exposure to energy/commodities preferred.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional energy sourcing strategies (electricity, gas, green energy, VPPA, industrial gases).
• Partner with Business leaders on pricing, hedging, and market risk management.
• Collaborate with Operations to reduce CO₂ footprint and support sustainability goals.
• Manage ~€85M spend, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply security, and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships (SRM) and drive strategic projects.
• Provide market insights and stakeholder communication across functions.
