Wynne Consulting in the Basque Country (Spain) is seeking an Area Sales Engineer to own regional turnover and margins, manage an established customer base, and pursue high-value new accounts in industrial automation and sensor solutions.

You will identify market opportunities, lead the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, provide technical consulting on automation applications, and represent the business at trade fairs and events.

Formación

Experience in industrial automation and field-based sales.
Ability to develop new accounts and grow existing ones.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Take full ownership of turnover, margin and overall performance across your territory.
Manage and grow an established customer base while developing high‑value new accounts.
Identify new market opportunities and drive proactive customer acquisition.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and deliver value‑driven proposals.
Provide technical consulting on complex automation applications and sensor solutions.
Lead the entire sales cycle — from first contact to successful closing.
Implement corporate marketing and sales strategies within your region.
Represent the business at trade fairs, conferences and industry events.
