Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• Typically possesses 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct EHS support to manufacturing facilities through site visits and audits.
• Partners with facility and regional leadership to improve EHS performance and safety culture.
• Conducts EHS reviews of capital projects, equipment installations, and process modifications to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Supports Engineering Project Approval Reviews (EPAR), FAT, commissioning activities, startup readiness to ensure EHS is integrated into projects.
• Responds to significant incidents with investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action development, and verification of effectiveness.
• Coaches and develops facility leadership and EHS professionals on regulatory requirements, hazard recognition, risk management, and best practices.
