Job summary

GT Motive Spain is seeking a Regional DPO & AI Trust Officer to lead privacy and AI governance across our international organization. You will collaborate with business, legal, technology, and governance teams to implement Group standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will oversee DPIAs, data transfers, and incident response, coordinate with local DPOs, and advise on responsible AI practices in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Privacy, Data Protection, Compliance, Information Governance or related field.
• Master’s degree or postgraduate studies in Digital Technologies, AI Governance, Privacy or related disciplines desirable.
• At least 5 years of multi-jurisdictional privacy, data protection, or governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional privacy and data protection standards across multiple countries and entities.
• Coordinate with local DPOs and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Oversee Privacy by Design, DPIAs, data incidents, and cross-border data transfers.
• Lead AI governance initiatives and ensure responsible AI practices.
• Advise senior stakeholders on regulatory obligations and governance frameworks.
