GT Motive seeks a Regional DPO & AI Trust Officer to lead privacy and AI governance across multiple European entities. You will ensure consistent application of group standards, liaise with local DPOs and authorities, and guide responsible AI adoption in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will collaborate with business, legal, technology and governance teams, driving risk-based decisions and strengthening regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Privacy, Data Protection or related field.
• Master's degree in Digital Technologies, AI Governance or related disciplines desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in privacy, data protection, compliance, or governance with multi-jurisdictional responsibilities.
• Experience with cross-border privacy matters and collaboration with business and technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional oversight of Privacy and Data Protection standards across multiple countries and entities.
• Coordinate with local DPOs and regulators on privacy obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Privacy by Design, DPIAs, incidents, international transfers, and third-party privacy risk management.
• Provide guidance on transparency, data governance, security, and ethical AI practices.
• Support AI-related vendor assessments and governance activities; promote AI literacy.
