About our client: Our client, for whom we are seeking a Regional Country Manager (full-time position), is a subsidiary of a globally renowned company in the new energy industry. The parent company is a public entity with over 10,000 employees, operating in Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned country and leading the local team to meet market share and brand development objectives.
  2. Develop key customers in target industries and achieve sales performance goals.
  3. Establish long-term cooperative relationships with key projects involving power plants, grid operators, power company IPPs & EPCs, C&I, and household energy storage customers.
  4. Manage order acquisition, gross profit margins, order delivery, and payment collection from lead to cash; handle customer complaints and maintain satisfaction in line with after-sales commitments.
  5. Engage with customer decision-makers in the value chain, overseeing customer management and financial risk mitigation.
  6. Gather and analyze local market demand, government policies, and competitor performance to inform market strategies and sales decisions at headquarters.
  7. Participate in industry exhibitions and summits to promote brand activities.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • Nationality of the local country, with over 10 years of experience in power companies, grid operations, or power plants, including management roles.
  • Master’s degree or higher, with extensive knowledge in sales, business development, and subsidiary management.
  • Possess abundant customer resources in utility-scale, industrial & commercial, and household energy storage sectors.
  • Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the local language; proficiency in a second foreign language or multicultural experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with the entire process of B2B international transactions and trade.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Honest, trustworthy, responsible, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, passionate, ambitious, energetic, and results-oriented.
