About our client: Our client, for whom we are seeking a Regional Country Manager (full-time position), is a subsidiary of a globally renowned company in the new energy industry. The parent company is a public entity with over 10,000 employees, operating in Germany, Italy, and Spain.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned country and leading the local team to meet market share and brand development objectives.
- Develop key customers in target industries and achieve sales performance goals.
- Establish long-term cooperative relationships with key projects involving power plants, grid operators, power company IPPs & EPCs, C&I, and household energy storage customers.
- Manage order acquisition, gross profit margins, order delivery, and payment collection from lead to cash; handle customer complaints and maintain satisfaction in line with after-sales commitments.
- Engage with customer decision-makers in the value chain, overseeing customer management and financial risk mitigation.
- Gather and analyze local market demand, government policies, and competitor performance to inform market strategies and sales decisions at headquarters.
- Participate in industry exhibitions and summits to promote brand activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Nationality of the local country, with over 10 years of experience in power companies, grid operations, or power plants, including management roles.
- Master’s degree or higher, with extensive knowledge in sales, business development, and subsidiary management.
- Possess abundant customer resources in utility-scale, industrial & commercial, and household energy storage sectors.
- Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the local language; proficiency in a second foreign language or multicultural experience is preferred.
- Familiar with the entire process of B2B international transactions and trade.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, responsible, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and capable of working under pressure.
