Our client, for whom we are seeking a Regional Country Manager (full-time) for a subsidiary of a globally renowned company in the new energy industry (public company with over 10,000 employees), is based in Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned country and leading the local team to meet market share and brand development goals.
  2. Develop key customers in target industries and meet sales performance objectives.
  3. Establish long-term relationships with key projects, including power plants, grid operators, power companies (IPP & EPC), C&I, and household energy storage customers.
  4. Manage order acquisition, gross profit margins, order delivery, and payment collection from lead to cash; handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction based on after-sales commitments.
  5. Engage with customer decision-makers in the value chain, managing customer relationships and financial risks.
  6. Gather and analyze local market data, policies, and competitor performance to inform market strategies and sales decisions.
  7. Participate in industry exhibitions and summits to promote the brand.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and knowledge:

  1. Nationality of the local country, with over 10 years of experience in power companies, grid operations, or power plants management.
  2. Master's degree or higher, with extensive knowledge in sales, business development, and subsidiary management.
  3. Strong network of customer resources in utility-scale, industrial, commercial, and household energy storage sectors.
  4. Proficiency in the local language (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in a second language or multicultural experience is a plus.
  5. Familiar with B2B international transactions and trade processes.
  6. Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  7. Honest, responsible, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and capable of working under pressure.
  8. Self-motivated, passionate, ambitious, energetic, and results-oriented.
