Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Manager, Payments (CCS) to oversee regional payment processes within Global Shared Services. You will train teams, resolve regional payment issues, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payments for investigators and sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7-10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research.
• Working knowledge of clinical payment processing and 4 years of payment experience.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Innovative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and self-sufficiency.
• Able to reason abstractly and practically.
• Experience operating in local and global contexts.
• Team-building skills in a virtual/global environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint; strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FCPA, Safe Harbor) preferred.
• Experience in virtual teams preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own CCS processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Shape processes to enable deep insights.
• Resolve regional payment issues and coordinate with regional/global counterparts.
• Train CCS Payments Coordinators and study teams on processes.
• Coordinate with Site Contract Managers and study teams for complex issue resolution.
• Manage end-to-end investigator/site payments and CTMS-related tasks.
