Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, Regional Head of Technology MedTech EP-CNV EMEA (Spain). You will partner with regional and country leadership to shape growth, modernize platforms, and deliver AI-enabled capabilities for customers and patients.

You will lead a technology organization across JJT products, platforms, and services to maximize value, speed, and quality while collaborating with senior business leaders to define priorities and outcomes.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in technology leadership with people leadership experience.
• Proven ability to apply technology to business problems with stakeholder partnership.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, MES or similar foundations in business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Co-create regional and country technology strategy aligned with MedTech goals.
• Develop technology as a competitive advantage across markets and franchises.
• Serve as strategic technology partner to regional and country leaders; drive transformation and value.
• Lead end-to-end technology budgeting, delivery, adoption and benefits realization.
