Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health Europe is seeking a Construction Project Manager – Spain to define and evolve design guidelines across MVH Europe clinics, drive cost savings and innovation, and oversee the end-to-end design process.

Based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with senior leaders, marketing, and external agencies, champion sustainable design, and support an international network of clinics while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in design with 3–5 years in a strategic leadership capacity, ideally in healthcare or veterinary industries.
• Experience aligning design with veterinary regulations and leading large-scale initiatives like clinic renovations or digital platform rollouts.
• Mastery of design system tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and a deep understanding of inclusive design for clinical workflows.
• Native-level Spanish language proficiency (written and spoken) alongside fluent business English.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.

The team

This strategic role reports directly to the Director of Construction and is integral to the leadership team's transformational agenda. You will have a global scope, covering the entire MVH network's current and future footprint. You will work closely with Project Delivery Teams, Commercial teams, and Marketing to align Design Guide Standards with our overarching company principles, ensuring a strong, collaborative environment focused on project delivery success.
