We’re looking for a Regional Brand Manager to join their professional channel team, leading brand growth efforts across Spain, France, and the UK. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and bringing beauty innovations to market. You’ll serve as the face of the brand for key partners, salons, and distributors across the region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand development and sales across salons in France, Spain, and the UK, with a focus on the professional hair color collection.
  • Build strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and distributor teams, acting as the main point of contact and brand ambassador.
  • Support distributor sales consultants in opening new accounts and growing existing ones.
  • Lead and participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and product knowledge classes to communicate the brand’s values and product philosophy.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and education events in partnership with the Education and Marketing teams.
  • Analyze territory data to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Ensure merchandising standards are upheld across salons and stores.
  • Travel across the assigned markets ~10 days/month to stay closely connected to local partners and opportunities.

What Success Looks like:

  • Increased salon penetration and market share in key territories.
  • Strong adoption and sell-through of the professional color line.
  • Consistent execution of brand standards and messaging across all partner touchpoints.
  • High engagement and trust from distributor networks and salon leaders.
  • Clear, data-backed reporting and actionable insights shared with leadership.

Requirements:

  • MUST: 5+ years in sales or brand development in the professional beauty industry.
  • MUST: Experience working with salon-focused brands (e.g., Wella, L’Oréal, Schwarzkopf).
  • MUST: Comfortable leading training sessions and representing the brand in public-facing settings.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage KPIs and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • MUST: Proficiency in English required; Spanish and/or French strongly preferred.
  • MUST: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.
