Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional brand strategies that align with global objectives while catering to local market needs, preferences, and cultural nuances.

Work closely with global brand teams to ensure that regional campaigns and messaging are aligned with the brand vision.

Adapt global brand content, campaigns, and messaging to ensure relevance in local markets, while maintaining brand consistency.

Build and maintain relationships with regional media, influencers, and key industry players, ensuring effective media outreach and engagement.

Execute regional media and public relations strategies to increase brand visibility and reinforce brand positioning.

Support the development of thought leadership content that highlights the brand’s expertise, commitment to innovation, and industry insight.

Collaborate with business development and product teams to ensure brand support in launching new products, services, or campaigns, tailoring messaging and strategy for the audience.

Develop brand initiatives that align with local business goals, contributing to user engagement and supporting user growth generation efforts.

Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on regional competition and consumer insights, adjusting brand strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Identify and engage with key influencers, opinion leaders, and brand ambassadors in the region to support campaigns and amplify brand messaging.

Engage in industry events, conferences, and forums, representing the brand and elevating its presence within the market, and act as the company spokesperson for the region, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.

Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to position the brand as a top industry influencer within the region, leveraging industry connections to enhance brand authority.

Regularly track brand performance, media coverage, and campaign impact across the Poland market, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Manage the regional brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources on brand initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Brand, PR or Marketing, with deep understanding of regional markets and crypto-related experience will be preferred.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns with a strong network of media and industry contacts.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage relationships with external partners.

Fluency in the local language is required, depending on the region.
