FMC Agricultural Solutions, S.A.U. - Spain is seeking a Sales Representative to cover Rioja, Navarra and Aragón in Spain.

The role focuses on executing regional sales strategies, building strong distributor relationships, and driving sustainable growth in the agricultural market. You will analyze market trends, promote FMC’s crop protection portfolio, and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely orders and credit processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in crop protection.
• Strong knowledge of the agricultural market and farming practices in Spain.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a defined geographic territory.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
• Proficiency in Spanish; English is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the annual sales plan for the assigned territory.
• Build, manage and motivate a network of distributors and key customers.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to promote FMC products.
• Maintain strong relationships with growers, distributors and stakeholders.
• Represent FMC in customer meetings, field visits and regional events.
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.
• Support credit assessment processes and monitor distributor performance.
