Job Title: Recruitment Support Coordinator

Main Purpose
Assist in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment cycle activities of Norgine across Europe.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Develop ongoing professional relationships with internal stakeholders across various client groups and geographies.
- Partner closely with PSL agencies to ensure a consistent recruitment process and communicate Norgine’s values.
Main Tasks
- Ensure all advertising complies with legislation and internal rules, managing it appropriately internally and externally.
Relationships
- Internal: Hiring Managers, Corporate Communications, Global HR team.
- External: Recruitment agencies.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and GDPR awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise workloads, and manage multiple requests.
- Proven administration experience, including diary management.
- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
- Experience in an international, multicultural environment.
- Business-focused with strong client relationship skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of advanced search and engagement methodologies.
- Knowledge of employment law related to recruitment.
- European language skills.
- Experience working in multicultural environments.
