A leading human resources firm is looking for a motivated recruiter to build talent pipelines and enhance recruitment efforts. The role includes screening candidates, training new employees, and developing training materials aligned with company policies. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job duties:
Proactively build talent pipelines through online sourcing, job fair events in the area to develop recruitment funnels.
Screen, interview and determine candidate fit for available roles.
Train & maintain communication for onboarding requirements.
Assist in development and updating of training materials for employee in accordance with company policy and best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Self-driven and growth motivated
Ability/experience to successfully identify and qualify candidates
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
Understanding of general Human Resources and recruiting practices
