Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Recruitment & Sales Intern to join our Madrid IT talent sourcing team. You’ll get hands-on experience from day one, sourcing IT candidates, writing outreach messages, screening, and supporting business development.

The role is an on-site, full-time internship in Madrid, with daily hands-on work, KPI-driven targets, and real responsibilities. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus, making it ideal for students and recent graduates.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 minimum) is required.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Open to students, recent graduates and those starting out in tech recruitment.
• Interest in tech, sales and recruitment helps but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases.
• Write outreach messages and approach candidates directly.
• Screen candidates and participate in interviews.
• Identify new contacts and business opportunities at tech companies.
• Connect with clients and support consultants with BD efforts.
