Job summary

MSF OCBA—based in Barcelona—offers a 6-month internship in the Recruitment and Pool Management units within the Human Resources Department. You will support recruitment processes, from posting offers to screening CVs and coordinating assessments, while also assisting pool management and data entry in SAP.

The role focuses mainly on field recruitment with some HQ and pool tasks. Relevant studies, English/Spanish fluency, and a keen interest in digital recruitment are expected; an internship

Qualifications

• Currently studying Political Science, Psychology, HR, or Business Administration.
• Studies in International relations or international cooperation are an asset.
• Interest in Recruitment and digital technologies used in recruitment.
• Good level of Excel and other MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Publication of job offers for field and HQ positions, and active search on LinkedIn.
• Management of application reception and routine communication with candidates.
• CV screening for field and HQ recruitment.
• Preliminary phone screening for field and HQ recruitment.
• Assist in designing active recruitment initiatives as needed.
• Maintenance of the Attraction Tracking System (SuccessFactors) and running reports.
• Support the team in organizing assessment centres.
• Involvement in all stages of the recruitment process as needed.
• Entering CVs in SAP database on request of Pool Managers.
• Other administrative support for the team.
