We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner passionate about innovative recruitment strategies, including AI tools and advanced talent hunting techniques, to help us build a future-ready workforce.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on delivering a warm candidate experience, handling sourcing, scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding. You will support hiring across multiple disciplines and locations within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies to ensure a steady candidate pipeline.
2. Manage full-cycle recruitment for open requisitions in EMEA, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding processes.
3. Build trust through credible and effective communication with People Business Partners and hiring managers.
4. Design and implement innovative TA strategies, blending traditional and creative recruitment techniques.
5. Utilize social media and online communities to identify passive candidates.
6. Leverage data analytics to monitor talent trends and identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with the Marketing team on onsite and virtual engagement events.
8. Support salary surveys and HR operations related to talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and coordination.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition KPIs and HR indicators.
