We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner passionate about innovative recruitment strategies, including AI tools and advanced talent hunting techniques, to help us build a future-ready workforce.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on delivering a warm candidate experience, handling sourcing, scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding. You will support hiring across multiple disciplines and locations within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies to ensure a steady candidate pipeline.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for open requisitions in EMEA, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding processes.
  • Build trust through credible and effective communication with People Business Partners and hiring managers.
  • Design and implement innovative TA strategies, blending traditional and creative recruitment techniques.
  • Utilize social media and online communities to identify passive candidates.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor talent trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on onsite and virtual engagement events.
  • Support salary surveys and HR operations related to talent acquisition.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and coordination.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition KPIs and HR indicators.
