Job summary

IREN Group in Madrid seeks a Recruiting Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, construction, operations and support roles in Spain. You will coordinate intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate communications while partnering with business leaders and the People & Culture team to align hiring with growth plans and market conditions.

You will build pipelines, manage agencies, ensure compliant processes, and produce dashboards for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or people operations roles.
  • Experience in multinational, technology, data center, construction, energy, industrial, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong knowledge of talent markets, sourcing channels, recruitment platforms, and ATS.
  • Ability to work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align expectations, and prioritize vacancies.
  • Understanding of Spanish employment practices, confidentiality, and data protection in recruitment.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing recruitment activities for IREN in Spain, ensuring that the company attracts, assesses, and hires the talent required to support its growth, operational needs, and long-term business objectives. The role coordinates end-to-end hiring processes, works closely with business leaders and the People & Culture team, and helps build a consistent, efficient, and candidate-focused recruitment experience.

Working within the People & Culture Department and reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Recruiting Manager supports IREN’s development as a vertically integrated AI cloud and data center company by coordinating recruitment for corporate, technical, construction, operations, and support roles, ensuring that hiring practices are aligned with business priorities, company culture, and market conditions.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Recruiting Manager is responsible for:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in Spain, coordinating intake discussions, sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, feedback, offer coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, hiring priorities, and market conditions for corporate, technical, construction, operations, and support positions.
  • Develop and maintain effective sourcing channels, talent pipelines, agency relationships, and recruitment tools to support timely access to qualified candidates in competitive markets working with main Headhunters.
  • Ensure a structured, consistent, and inclusive recruitment process, supporting interview coordination, evaluation criteria, candidate experience, documentation, and compliance with applicable employment requirements.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, vacancy updates, pipeline summaries, and market insights to support decision-making and workforce planning within the People & Culture Department.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment communications by ensuring that job postings, candidate materials, and outreach messages reflect IREN’s culture, growth plans, and value proposition.
  • Coordinate with external providers, recruitment agencies, background check partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient hiring administration, onboarding handover, and process follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, data quality, and stakeholder communication, contributing to scalable People & Culture practices as IREN grows in Spain.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or people operations roles, preferably in multinational, technology, data center, construction, energy, industrial, or high-growth environments.
  • Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, stakeholder intake, sourcing, interviewing coordination, candidate management, offer processes, and recruitment reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of talent markets, sourcing channels, recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, assessment practices, employer branding, and candidate experience principles.
  • Ability to work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align expectations, prioritize vacancies, and provide practical recruitment guidance based on market availability and business needs.
  • Understanding of Spanish employment practices, recruitment compliance, equal opportunity principles, confidentiality, and data protection requirements related to candidate information.
  • Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a service-oriented and results-focused approach.
  • Fluent Spanish and professional English are required; experience working with international teams and fast-scaling organizations will be positively valued.

  • Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region.
