Zusammenfassung

IREN Group in Madrid seeks a Recruiting Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, construction, operations and support roles in Spain. You will coordinate intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate communications while partnering with business leaders and the People & Culture team to align hiring with growth plans and market conditions.

You will build pipelines, manage agencies, ensure compliant processes, and produce dashboards for decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or people operations roles.
• Experience in multinational, technology, data center, construction, energy, industrial, or high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of talent markets, sourcing channels, recruitment platforms, and ATS.
• Ability to work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align expectations, and prioritize vacancies.
• Understanding of Spanish employment practices, confidentiality, and data protection in recruitment.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in Spain, coordinating intake discussions, sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, feedback, offer coordination, and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture stakeholders to understand workforce needs and market conditions.
• Develop and maintain sourcing channels, agency relationships, and recruitment tools to access qualified candidates.
• Ensure a structured, inclusive recruitment process with evaluation criteria and candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, vacancy updates, and pipeline summaries for workforce planning.
• Support employer branding and recruitment communications to reflect IREN’s culture and value proposition.
• Coordinate with external providers and internal teams to ensure hiring administration, onboarding handover, and process follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, data quality, and stakeholder communication.
