Role

We are a remote, small bootstrapped recruitment company, but we are ambitious. We believe that we can expand our business and create a global recruitment brand for startups, scaleups and other companies, with profit‑sharing partnerships in key countries, with people like you, entrepreneurial‑minded, who are willing to start something, with minimum risk or almost zero investment, becoming one of our Country Directors.

The premise is that the Country Director becomes a profitable and reliable entrepreneur. They would have almost zero investment to join ambi (just pay for its LinkedIn premium, and that’s it), and they will be responsible for the country operations, client and candidate management such as reporting. The Country Director will operate within ambi brand, receiving all the necessary guidance and support to perform at their best. The Country Director is not a co‑founder or legal partner, but a profit share‑based partner, who will receive an equal portion of the net revenue generated in that specific country.

Benefits & Support
  • Website, marketing materials and campaigns, regular LinkedIn and social media content working to benefit the Country Director;
  • Weekly calls to discuss planning, potential problems and strategy for the country;
  • All the best practices, client delivery formats and pool of candidates could be used by the Country Director;
  • Ongoing commercial outreach and content creation from our central team. Which could be combined with local actions performed by the Country Director;
  • Potential event tickets, talk opportunities or any ecosystem perks would be offered to the Country Director;
  • And the opportunity to lead a country, sharing the responsibility and effort with the Founder and other Country Directors around the globe.

Ah, super important : It would be no salary. No fixed salary. So this is not a paid job. It's an opportunity to lead our operation in another country and become a partner there, getting paid according to the revenue generated there. You win, we win. Actually, we already work like this. We are entrepreneurs and just get paid when our clients pay us, like in any other company, this is entrepreneurship.

Qualifications
  • You speak fluent English + your native language.
  • You are not arrogant.
  • You are hard‑worker.
  • You like to work remotely.
  • You have recruitment experience.
  • You have commercial skills, or want to develop them.
