Formación

  • Experiencia previa en un rol de Coordinador de Reclutamiento o Sourcing.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

Responsabilidades

Position

Language Proficiency: English fluency with a second EU language (preference for Romanian or Hebrew).

As a Recruiting Sourcer, you’ll be an integral part of our Recruiting efforts across our EMEA Engineering teams. You’ll be working closely with our existing Technical Recruiting team, our fantastic Engineering Leadership group, and our HR Business Partners to deliver value-add Recruiting services. This is a contractor position and will be paid on a day rate.

What you will do

  • Building diverse pipelines of ready now / ready later talent pools across our key Engineering positions using a variety of methods.
  • Conducting screening and assessment of candidates.
  • Partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to design sourcing strategy, champion D&I, advise on market trends, and develop and maintain best practices.
  • Providing support to Recruiters through the offer process to help deliver a world-class pre and onboarding experience.
  • Working with Recruiting Leadership on project and process improvement on both a local and global scale.

What makes you an ideal candidate

  • Have some previous experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcing, or Junior Recruiting role.
  • Can think outside the box and design innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Have a customer-first mentality.
  • Love storytelling.
  • You’ve got strong IT skills (you’ll need to become a master of all things LinkedIn, iCIMS, and Workday).
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Love challenging the ‘why?’ and ‘how?’.
