Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to recruit doctors for our market research studies. You will build trust with healthcare professionals, recruit them into a panel, and manage follow-up conversations about questionnaire status.

You will maintain updated information on healthcare professionals, assist with queries, and drive participation through proactive outreach in a diverse, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels.
