Job summary

Organigrama is seeking a French-speaking professional to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and follow up to maximize participation.

Ideal candidates are native French speakers with good English, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with multinational environments is a plus; some translation and documentation tasks may be required.

Qualifications

• French native language required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical mindset.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is a plus.
• Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximise participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned doctors using various communication channels and arguments.
