Formación

Are you passionate about golf and/or customer service? Do you want to be part of an established team at one of the most iconic courses in the Mediterranean?

Alcanada Golf Club, an 18-hole course located in the north of Mallorca with stunning sea views, is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-service-oriented individual to strengthen its Pro Shop / Reception team.

What are we looking for?

Someone who:

  • Is the face of the club, providing a warm welcome to our customers and members.
  • Has a dedication to service, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow professionally in a stable, high-quality environment.
  • Is organized, communicative, and decisive.
  • Works well in a team.

Main Duties

  • In-person, telephone, and online customer and member support.
  • Management of collections, cash registers, and daily audits.
  • Information on products, services, promotions, and rates.
  • Reservation management.
  • Assistance in preparing and managing competitions (cards, registrations, results).
  • Support with administrative tasks.
  • Active collaboration in store management (Pro Shop) (sales, merchandise reception, restocking, stock control, maintaining order, and store presentation).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
  • Previous experience in sports or the golf industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and German (spoken and written). Other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Flexible hours, including weekend availability.
  • Good appearance and professional attitude.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle.

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of OnTee / iMaster / Word / Excel / Outlook software, etc.
  • Experience in stock control and store logistics.
