The Experimental Group was founded in 2007 by three childhood friends, Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros, and Romée de Goriainoff. Xavier Padovani later joined them and shared their vision: to offer the ultimate hospitality experience to an ever-demanding clientele. Its 33 rooms and outstanding restaurant continue making history by welcoming international guests and locals to celebrate and share joy together.

Mission

We are seeking a Receptionist M/F to join our dynamic team at Montesol Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Greet and assist all guests as soon as they come in.
2. Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services.
3. Respond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalized service adapted to each request.
4. Ensure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards.
5. In coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaints.
6. Ensure good communication and coordination between the hotel's departments (Housekeeping and F&B).
7. Coordinate security at the front desk to maintain a high level of safety for all our guests, goods, and material, including key inventory and guest’s belongings.
8. Participate in the management of the hotel's general mailbox by replying and redirecting emails.
9. Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk, maintaining efficient administration within the department, preparing, and submitting operational reports on time.
10. Ensure that the workspaces are well kept and that the entrance to the hotel is pleasant.
11. Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.

About You

A Hotel Receptionist is always working on behalf of our guests and with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the following attitude and skills:

1. Social, engaging, and motivated.
2. Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
3. Well-spoken with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of other languages would be beneficial.
4. Attention to detail and customer needs.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PMS (Oracle, Opera, Micros).
