beBee Careers is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and manage various administrative tasks in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. This full-time role offers opportunities for professional growth and development under the direction of the Sr. Manager and Office Coordinator.

Formación

  • At least two years of administrative or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (email, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, coordinating meetings, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service : Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate team members, and follow up as needed.
  • Administrative Support : Manage conference room calendars, assist with bookings, reschedule meetings, and coordinate daily lunch deliveries.
  • Sustainability : Monitor and stock kitchen supplies, maintain refrigerator stock with beverages and snacks, and oversee all badges for temps, vendors, and visitors.

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of administrative or customer service experience, and proficiency in Google Suite (email, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

  • Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, with occasional evening / weekend support.
  • Physical Demands : Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
