Receptionist & Administration Assistant Wanted!

Frontline Fire & Rescue Equipment is a proud industry leader in the design and manufacture of emergency service vehicles for both government and private clients. We're currently seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time / Casual Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our team at our Malaga office.

This position involves working Fridays (essential) and one other weekday—preferably Tuesday, though Wednesday or Thursday can also be considered—from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the flexibility to provide additional coverage during staff leave or busy periods.

If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills, we want you to be the welcoming face of our team! With your positive attitude and exceptional service skills, you'll help keep everything running smoothly within our business.

Our Ideal Candidate :

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • A bubbly, friendly personality with a professional demeanour
  • Quick to learn and able to retain new information effectively
  • Strong ability to prioritise and work independently
  • Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
  • Professional phone manner and exceptional customer service skills

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)
  • Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support the wider team with various administrative functions as needed
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and visitors
