About the Role :

As part of the Front Office team, you will play a key role in welcoming guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and delivering impeccable service from the moment they arrive. You will have the opportunity to work in a luxurious and dynamic environment where attention to detail and guest satisfaction are at the core of every interaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Prior experience in reception or luxury hospitality.
• Strong customer service orientation and a natural sense of hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and a fluent command of English; additional languages are a +
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud reservation system.
• General knowledge of Barcelona and surrounding areas to offer tailored recommendations.
