What will you do:

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with LPM standards, building strong relationships with both new and regular guests.
  • Mentor and support your team, fostering their growth and ensuring service excellence.
  • Ensure high-level guest recognition, maintaining an accurate and updated VIP list.
  • Manage and optimize the reservation system, ensuring guest profiles are complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate with GM, AGM, and HODs to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of KPIs.
  • Contribute to booking strategies and provide accurate monthly performance reports.
  • Troubleshoot reservation system issues and use reporting tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.


What you need:

  • 3-5 years in the same role in a similar restaurant, managing a team of minimum 8 people.
  • Experience in the hospitality industryand familiarity with the local hospitality scene
  • English – excellent oral and written
  • Guest service skills (complaints handling, guest relations)
  • Ability to work in afast-paced environmentand remaincalm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the reservation system 7Rooms
