Descripción del empleo

Our Receptionists are key ingredients we use to deliver an exceptional customer experience; they put the customer centre-stage and strive for customer retention and recommendation.

KEY TASKS
  1. Manage the day-to-day running of the reception, being the first point of contact for any student queries or complaints. This includes meeting, greeting, and attending to the needs of guests, ensuring they receive an exceptional customer service experience.
  2. Build a good rapport with all residents and resolve complaints/issues quickly.
  3. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out of students.
  4. Ensure all documents and payments are received before students' arrival and that rooms are ready.
  5. Complete welcome pack documents at check-in.
  6. Charge the correct fees to student accounts upon check-out.
  7. Coordinate work with maintenance and housekeeping departments as reported to the front desk.
  8. Assist the Residence Manager with in-house administration as directed.
  9. Demonstrate company product knowledge and reflect the company's core values through outstanding customer service.
  10. Perform general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing, answering telephones, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.
  11. Manage guest sign-in and sign-out, including keys, and monitor building security by overseeing entry and exit, reporting suspicious activity to the Assistant or Residence Manager.
  12. Accept and distribute mail and parcels for residents and staff using the in-house system.
  13. Handle in-house requests such as Extension of Tenancy, Room moves, and Transfer of Tenancy.
  14. Manage sales inquiries, the letting process, and property viewings as requested.
  15. Follow policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  16. Liaise with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Finance, and Sales departments regularly.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday / Shifts / 40 hours weekly.
