Clínica Veterinaria Utebo is seeking an experienced receptionist with strong customer service skills.

About us

Located in Utebo, Zaragoza, our clinic offers day hospitalization and state-of-the-art technology, providing a wide range of veterinary services. Our team includes 8 veterinarians and 6 veterinary assistants, fostering a positive work environment. We are part of IVC Evidensia, Europe's largest veterinary group, with a network of 24-hour hospitals and clinics across 20 countries.

We are looking for

An individual with at least three years of experience as a receptionist in veterinary or healthcare settings. A background in administrative assistance is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

We offer

• Permanent full-time contract.
• Continuous schedule from Monday to Friday with rotating shifts: mornings (8 am - 3 pm) and afternoons (3 pm - 10 pm), plus alternate Saturday mornings.
