Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls with a high level of professionalism.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Handle emails and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain the reception area and conference rooms in pristine condition.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
  • Coordinate courier and mail services.
  • Provide support to the sales and management team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role (preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end services).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
  • Knowledge of RRSS (Social Media), branding focus, and familiarity with InDesign and Canva.
