Job Description:

The role involves composite/hybrid structure detailed design, focusing on the development of composite and hybrid components and assemblies optimized for weight, cost, performance, and manufacturing/assembly requirements, while ensuring the highest safety standards using appropriate design tools.

The job holder will be responsible for developing and reviewing engineering deliverables such as:

• Feasibility studies
• Structural detail parts and assemblies design, including composites and metals, according to design principles, manufacturing, maintenance, and Airbus requirements
• Drawings and Definition Dossier for new modifications, including managing subcontractor deliverables
• Defining technical solutions for new modifications and supporting the change process, ensuring technical completeness of Engineering Decision Dossier and MP engineering deliverables
• Changes analysis and coordination for modifications

Qualifications include an engineering degree or related discipline, at least 5 years of experience in the role, and a proactive, organized, and structured approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
