Are you a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer with a passion for real-time systems? Do you want your work to have a direct, tangible impact on the operational capabilities and safety of the Spanish Air and Space Force's F-18 fleet?
We're seeking a talented professional to join our elite team at the Joint Air Base Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), specifically within the prestigious CLAEX (Logistics Centre for Armament and Experimentation) facilities. You'll be instrumental in developing mission-critical software for the F-18's avionic systems.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the definition of system requirements, ensuring precision and functionality.
Crafting robust Preliminary and Detailed Designs for software solutions.
Coding and meticulously testing software units using Assembler, C/C++, ensuring unparalleled reliability.
Producing essential system documentation, maintaining clarity and traceability.
Providing expert technical support to our client, CLAEX.
This position is for you if you meet the following requirements:
Education: degree in Software Engineering or related fields
Experience in Real Time Software Development
Soft skills : teamwork, customer orientation and ability to adapt to a changing enviroment.
Languages: Advanced level in English and Spanish.
Technical knowledge : programming in C/C++
Valuable: Assembler and Real Time Systems such as RTOS/VxWorks
