Job summary

You will monitor live operations, manage bookings and service delivery, coordinate transport and accommodation, and act as the central point for stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient and compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, customer service or logistics and travel coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and spoken communication with stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record and manage customer and operational requests through to completion.
• Coordinate transport, accommodation and other services with approved suppliers.
• Manage bookings and service delivery to meet customer and contractual requirements.
• Ensure actions are recorded in systems and service levels are met.
• Monitor activity and take proactive steps to prevent disruptions.
