Job summary

Fence is seeking a Capital Markets Associate to structure debt facilities and bring them live on our platform. You'll be the client-facing owner, coordinating fintechs, asset originators and banks, translating legal requirements into product specifications, and driving end-to-end delivery with the engineering team.

You will shape deals, own scope, and be the face of Fence from kickoff to go-live. The role blends finance, software, and AI-enabled workflows in a fast-growing startup with Madrid

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in demanding environments such as investment banking, consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to translate legal and contractual requirements into product specifications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Shape deals with C-level stakeholders and structure facilities before they go live.
• Define how contracts should work as software and automate facility operations.
• Own scope, program management, and multiple facilities simultaneously.
• Be the face of Fence for all transaction partners from kickoff to go-live.
• Shape the product based on client needs and market insights.
