Main responsibilities :
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through to deal completion and post-sale follow-up.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, offering creative solutions to close deals efficiently.
- Organize and prepare agents for viewings, collaborating with international agents to ensure high product knowledge.
- Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, monitor results, and evaluate activity levels.
- Ensure all business goals and targets are met consistently—monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Manage, mentor, train, and coach team members to foster individual and team success.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and represent the brand effectively.
- Support agents throughout the sales process, especially during complications, providing innovative closing solutions.
- Participate actively in deal closure and account management.
- Assist in recruiting commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback to improve the hiring process.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in real estate is a plus, especially with knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and international clients.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong business knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
- Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Financially oriented with the ability to work in an international team environment.
- Proactive, with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Organized, flexible, and hands-on, willing to work flexible hours.
- Exceptional customer service skills, experienced with demanding national and international clients.
