Main responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
  • Manage client allocations from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, providing creative solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
  • Organize and prepare agents for viewings, collaborating with international agents to ensure high product knowledge.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, tracking results and activity levels.
  • Ensure all business goals and targets are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Manage and mentor team members, providing training and coaching to foster development and positive results.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and represent the brand effectively as a department point of contact.
  • Assist agents during the sales process, actively resolving any complications with creative closing solutions.
  • Participate actively in deal closure and offer management.
  • Support the recruitment process for commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and international clients, is a plus.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Deep understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and driven to achieve top results.
  • Results-oriented, financially savvy, and capable of working within an international team.
  • Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Organized, flexible, and hands-on.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, experienced in working with demanding clients.
