Formación

Main responsibilities:

  1. Develop in-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
  2. Manage client allocations from initial contact through to post-sale completion.
  3. Oversee the full sales cycle, offering creative solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
  4. Organize and prepare agents for viewings; collaborate with international agents to ensure high product knowledge.
  5. Set performance goals and KPIs for the team; track results and activity levels.
  6. Ensure all business goals and targets are met regularly (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  7. Manage and mentor team members; provide training and coaching to develop individual skills and achieve results.
  8. Maintain high levels of customer service and represent the brand effectively.
  9. Assist agents during the sales process; actively participate in closing deals and resolving complications with creative solutions.
  10. Support the hiring process for new agents, providing feedback and requirements to improve recruitment efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate is preferred, especially with knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and international clients.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, results-driven.
  • Financially aware, proactive, organized, and flexible with working hours.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, especially with demanding national and international clients.
