Main responsibilities :
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
  • Handle client allocations from initial contact through to post-sale completion.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, providing creative solutions to facilitate deals for vendors and buyers.
  • Organize and prepare agents for viewings, collaborating with international agents to ensure high product knowledge.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, tracking results and activity to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure all business goals and targets are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Manage, mentor, train, and coach team members to develop their skills and achieve positive results.
  • Represent the department with high customer service standards and uphold the brand image.
  • Assist agents throughout the sales process, actively resolving any complications with creative solutions.
  • Participate actively in deal closure and offer management.
  • Assist in hiring processes for commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback.
Requirements :
  • Previous experience in real estate is a plus, especially with knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and international clients.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Deep understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, results-driven.
  • Financially oriented, able to work in an international team.
  • Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Organized, flexible, and hands-on.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, experienced with demanding clients.
