Responsibilities :

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect luxury timepiece.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of our luxury watch collections and highlight their unique features.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and guide them toward the ideal watch choices.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Adhere to the boutique’s security policies and procedures.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on industry trends and new product releases.
• Report directly to the boutique manager.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within luxury retail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• A strong passion for luxury watches and a keen interest in learning about the industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
