We are a European-based startup and the fastest-growing real estate investment platform in Europe. With real estate at the core of our business, Walliance delivers real estate investment opportunities across the globe to investors.

This role offers challenges and fun working through tech-enabled experiences.

You will be responsible for scouting and managing real estate developers and developments that require finance from Walliance, building and developing partnerships with real estate developers to expand our network, and leading your team to achieve ambitious sales and growth targets.

As part of the Walliance real estate team, your responsibilities include:

  1. Defining the real estate market strategy for Spain based on market insights and needs.
  2. Identifying and partnering with lead investors and developers, establishing partnerships with affiliates, and overseeing operations to develop sales in Spain.
  3. Coordinating Spain's real estate operations with the headquarters.
  4. Developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth.
  5. Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for expansion and business development.
  6. Understanding and meeting the needs of existing customers.
  7. Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships.
  8. Collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
  9. Building and maintaining profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
  10. Monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
  11. Assisting in setting financial targets, budgets, and monitoring financial performance.

Your Profile and Mindset

  1. Native Spanish and English speakers; Italian is a plus.
  2. Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment, not seeking a traditional 9-to-5 role.
  3. Problem-solving attitude and solution-oriented approach.
  4. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations responsibly.
  5. Independent worker with a desire to contribute and improve processes.
  6. Passionate about changing the real estate experience and the world.
  7. Interest in fintech and alternative investments, focusing on Spain and EU markets.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience in real estate sales or related roles.
  2. Experience in sales, marketing, and managing key client relationships.
  3. Deep understanding of market research and analysis methods.
  4. Strong knowledge of performance reporting, finance, and budgeting.
  5. Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset.
  6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. BSc/BA in business, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
