Formación

  • 5-10 años de experiencia en gestión inmobiliaria o consultoría.
  • Licenciatura en Negocios, Ingeniería, Arquitectura o similar.

  • Identificar oportunidades inmobiliarias y optimizar la utilización del espacio.

At Grifols SA, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager, reporting directly to the company's Director of Real Estate, responsible for managing all properties at both the national and international levels.

What your responsibilities will be:

  • You will manage and oversee the real estate property portfolio, including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date information in the database.
  • You will negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations.
  • You will identify real estate opportunities.
  • You will foster strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and suppliers.
  • You will oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.
  • You will be responsible for the strategic planning of the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met.
  • You will optimize space utilization.
  • You will monitor properties across international subsidiaries.

Who you are:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required.   • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture or similar. Specialization or Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management will be valued.
  • You have 5-10 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Real Estate Consulting is a plus.
  • You have an advanced English level (C1.1. or more).
  • Advanced German will be highly valued.
  • You are a proactive and goal-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset.
  • You are highly organized, capable of multitasking, and provide effective follow-up.
  • You have availability to travel internationally.
