Grifols is seeking a Real Estate Manager to oversee the national and international property portfolio, negotiate leases, and align asset strategy with corporate objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5–10 years in CRE or consulting, and fluent English and Spanish. You will coordinate with internal teams, landlords and brokers, manage budgets, and support global real estate initiatives. The position is hybrid and based in Parets del Vallés, Spain.

• Manage and oversee the real estate property portfolio, including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and keeping information up to date in the database.
• Negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations.

• Oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.
• Strategic planning of the property portfolio to meet company objectives.
• Optimize space utilization.
• Monitor properties across international subsidiaries.

At Grifols SA, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager, reporting directly to the company's Senior Real Estate Manager, responsible for managing all properties at both the national and international levels.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• You will manage and oversee the real estate property portfolio, including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date information in the database.
• You will negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations.
• You will identify real estate opportunities.
• You will foster strong relationships between internal stakeholders, Landlords & Brokers.
• You will oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.
• You will be responsible for the strategic planning of the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met.
• You will optimize space utilization.
• You will monitor properties across international subsidiaries.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree.
• You have 5-10 years of experience in a similar position within Corporate Real Estate and/or Real Estate Consulting.
• You have an advanced English and Spanish level.
• You are a proactive and goal-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset.
• You are highly organized, capable of multitasking and provide effective follow-up.
• You have availability to travel internationally.
