The RoleWe're looking for a lawyer with 3-5 years' experience in Spanish property law who can :

Act as a "Manager of One" - work independently, take ownership, and deliver results

Handle full transactions from due diligence to post-sale follow-up

Work with our assistant to streamline administrative tasks

Deliver peace of mind to our international clients - before, during, and after the transaction

Think proactively, find answers, and solve problems without being micromanaged

Speak English fluently (Spanish is essential; German or Flemish is a big plus)

CompensationWe're transparent - we pay for results, not time spent at the desk.

Base SalaryWe tailor the compensation structure to your profile - whether you prefer a higher base with lower commission, or a lower base with higher performance upside.Base Salary range 1.700€ - 2.700€. (brutto)

Significant experience with transactions in Marbella is considered a big plus and can be reflected in the salary as well.

Performance BonusBased on task delivery and client satisfaction (no upper limit)"We measure success not only by volume but by client satisfaction - 5-star reviews are part of your bonus structure."

Quarterly BonusPossibility to earn an additional Quarterly Bonus that is tied to revenue milestones (no upper limit)
