CBRE’s Investment Accounting & Reporting team in Madrid is seeking a Controller to oversee financial control and reporting for real estate investment structures. You will work closely with senior controllers to deliver accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for real estate entities and investment vehicles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 3–4 years in accounting, audit, financial reporting or controlling.
• Experience in real estate, investment funds or property environments is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial control and reporting of real estate SPVs and property entities.
• Coordinate information between property managers, asset managers, external accountants and internal finance teams.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and intercompany reconciliations.
• Review accounting information prepared by external providers and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare financial analyses and management reporting to support decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning processes.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deliverables for clients.
• Participate in audits, due diligence, disposals and ad-hoc projects.
