Thales Spain offers a Real Estate Intern position based in Leganés, Madrid. You will join the Real Estate team to support suppliers, projects and budget monitoring while learning in a multinational environment.

The one-year, full-time Talent Programme combines practical internship with a Master’s degree through Nebrija University. We provide 21 days holiday, 1150€ gross per month, flexible hours and a dynamic international setting.

Formación

• Bachelor in Business Administration or Architecture.
• High Level of English & Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Proactive and positive attitude towards learning.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Based in Leganés, Thales España Sistemas employs a highly specialized workforce of more than 100 people, most of them engineers that participate in the following activities:

• Communications and Information Systems (CIS) to support Command function and Decision Making:
• Embedded electronics for military aircraft
• Tactical Communications
• Radio Navigation Aids for air traffic

As part of the Real Estate team, you will manage the services and the buildings of the company.

As a Real Estate Intern, you will:

• Manage company suppliers
• Manage the Real Estate projects of the company
• Monitoring and control the Real Estate Department’s Budget
• Manage the corporate security of the company
• Monitoring the travel expenses of the company

Competences:

Technical/functional skills:

• Bachelor in Business Administration or Architecture
• High Level of English & Spanish, both spoken and written.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What does the Talent Programme consist of?
