Alantra is an independent global financial services firm seeking a Analyst for its Real Estate Investment Banking team in Madrid. You will support the execution of M&A, debt advisory and capital raising, conducting financial analysis and preparing client presentations in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with senior bankers and clients, coordinating with legal and accounting advisors, while building complex models and performing market research to identify opportunities.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• CFA designation is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages like Portuguese or Italian are valued.
• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, valuation metrics and industry trends.
• Lead the preparation of client presentations, memorandums and marketing materials.
• Support live transactions, including due diligence, negotiations and deal structuring.
• Assist origination and development of new opportunities via market research.
• Collaborate with senior bankers, clients and external advisors.
